New programme for weight loss support at Live Well Stay Well

Over the past few months we have been working on a new programme to help the residents of Buckinghamshire lose weight. We are excited to be launching the programme this week!

The programme will run over 12 weeks and consists of 9 x 1 hour online group sessions, and 3 x 30 minute 1:1 phone calls with one of our Live Well Stay Well coaches. Groups are limited to 10 people and each session is run by two members of the team, who bring a wealth of experience to the programme.

We have used this experience to put together an exciting programme which looks at nutrition, physical activity and wellbeing to help you make changes to your lifestyle. We use evidence based guidance and advice to make sure you are getting all the correct information you need to make healthy lifestyle changes. We also help you look at how you think and find new ways of dealing with those days that come along that trip us up. 

It’s not about making big changes, cutting out foods or running a marathon (unless you want to!) We want to help you make simple but effective changes that fit in with your lifestyle and that are sustainable, to help you achieve your goals in the long term.
