Covid 19 - Coronavirus update

 
In light of the advice issued by the government in relation to the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak, we have made some changes to our service provision. The health and safety of our staff and service users remains our highest priority and we have adapted our services to meet this guidance. If you have an appointment booked with us and you would like to rearrange or cancel it, please contact us on 01628 857311.
 
Smoking Cessation - All stop smoking support is now available by telephone only. If you wish to stop smoking, our advisors are able to provide personalised motivational support and access to nicotine replacement therapy. Existing appointments will continue at the arranged time and day, but will be carried out by telephone instead. Please register with the service to find out more. 
 
Weight Management - Our partner organisation, Slimming World, have taken the difficult decision to suspend their sessions within the community. However, they are continuing to provide support via their digital and remote services. Please register with the service to find out more.
 
NHS Health Checks - Our NHS Health Check services have now been suspended. This will be reviewed in line with our commissioners and the service will reopen in the future when it is appropriate to do so. 
 
Remote Weight Management - Our innovative remote weight management services that provides support by telephone is available as usual. Please register with the service to find out more. 
 
Spark Children's Weight Management - Our remaining sessions for this course of Spark Children's weight management will be delivered remotely. Our team will contact all families individually.
